We can not believe it snowed so heavily this winter. When we saw it coming, it was a hold your breath kind of moment. Being the first snow the grove has seen there was much curiosity to see how the the trees would hold up to these kind of temperatures.
Again the Satsuma did not disappoint. They just love growing in South Georgia. The care and preparation to make sure the trees are healthy and strong paid off as the snow melted and the effects of the cold were assessed. All the hard work paid off and the citrus trees came through again.
